Research on DSP-based Inverter Power Supply Control System

Abstract: This paper designs a parallel control system for inverter power supplies based on a high-performance DSP controller. In the system design, considering the characteristics of individual inverter modules and parallel systems, a novel inverter power supply control technology is adopted to locally improve the inverter stage, further enhancing the dynamic and static characteristics and various performance indicators of the inverter. Keywords: DSP; Inverter power supply; SPWM 1 Introduction Due to the increasingly stringent requirements for power supply capacity and quality in high-end equipment in industries such as power, communications, aviation, and large-scale information and data centers, the characteristics of "large capacity," "high reliability," and "uninterrupted" power supply embody the common and fundamental requirements of high-end equipment for their power systems. This paper explores a parallel control system for inverter power supplies based on a DSP. The innovation of this paper lies in realizing a parallel power supply system for multiple inverter modules to meet different load power and power supply reliability requirements. Research on parallel control technology for inverter power supplies has profound social impact and benefits. 2. Analysis and Design of Parallel Inverter Power Supply System Based on DSP 2.1 Analysis and Hardware Design of a Single Inverter Power Supply Module In a parallel distributed power supply system, it is essential to ensure consistency between modules: good load characteristics and stability for each module. To meet these requirements, the structure of the inverter main circuit is constantly evolving, and high-frequency soft-switching technology is widely used in DC/AC inverters. The high-frequency pulse DC-link inverter is a new structure proposed based on the principle of the resonant DC-link inverter. This inverter can achieve both electrical isolation between input and output and zero-voltage switching of the inverter bridge power transistors.
