Abstract : Given the numerous safety factors affecting urban rail transit, this paper analyzes various hazardous factors during the construction and operation of urban rail transit from four aspects: human, machine, environment, and management. The weights of these hazardous factors are calculated using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), resulting in a ranking of the various hazards. Based on this ranking, reasonable prevention and control measures are proposed, providing a scientific basis for improving the safety of urban rail transit and reducing accidents.

1. Introduction
With the large-scale development of urban rail transit, the difficulty and complexity of its operation and management have greatly increased, leading to a growing number of safety issues. Currently, urban rail transit construction in my country is in its initial stage, with weaknesses and potential safety hazards in areas such as engineering quality, personnel awareness, equipment technology, overall environment, and management, posing a significant threat to operational safety. Although the rail transit system is an independent and closed system, relatively safer than other public transportation modes, its large capacity and high-tech facilities mean that accidents can have serious consequences. To prevent rail transit accidents, improve operational safety, and reduce accident losses, this paper analyzes the hazardous factors present in the construction and operation of urban rail transit, evaluates their degree of risk, and proposes timely preventative measures for high-risk factors to mitigate potential risks during construction and operation, ensuring the safety of urban rail transit construction and operation.
