Abstract: To improve the efficiency and accuracy of missile servo mechanism testing, this paper proposes a scheme for building an automated testing system for missile servo mechanisms based on the PC/104 bus. The paper elaborates on the system's functions, hardware composition, software design, and working principle. The system features ease of operation, high automation, short testing time, high accuracy, and system openness. Keywords: PC/104 bus; servo mechanism; automated testing system With the development of computer technology and automated testing technology, the Chinese military has successively developed and equipped a large number of automated testing devices. The development and use of these automated testing devices have improved the modernization level of the military's testing methods, effectively ensured the good condition of equipment, provided favorable conditions for achieving rapid, mobile, and efficient technical support requirements, and promoted the development of the military's technical support work. As a crucial component of the missile stability control system, the performance of the servo mechanism often significantly affects the missile's attitude control accuracy, firing accuracy, and even the success or failure of flight. Therefore, rigorous testing of its performance indicators is of great significance. The PC/104 bus is an industrial control bus specifically designed for embedded systems. Test platforms built using this bus are characterized by small size, high reliability, low power consumption, and flexible configuration. Applying PC/104 bus technology to the automated testing of missile servo mechanisms can improve the reliability, maintainability, versatility, and standardization of testing equipment, thereby enhancing the combat effectiveness and responsiveness of missile weapon systems.
