Abstract: Based on a motion control combined system of a certain project, this paper studies the use of PID control algorithm to achieve precise positioning, proposes a digital PID control algorithm based on integral separation control algorithm, and a simple method for parameter tuning. Keywords: digital PID; parameter tuning; motion control; servo system 0 Introduction PID control method is a commonly used and effective control method in third-order systems. PID is widely used in many systems because these systems have nonlinearity and unknown disturbances, especially in hybrid analog and digital systems, where analog signals are easily affected, leading to more complex system design. In some collaborative projects, due to the need for confidentiality between units, the theoretical analysis of the system often cannot achieve an accurate mathematical model. Therefore, the PID algorithm is an effective control method to solve such situations.
