The OKE inverter has a swing frequency control function. Its output frequency swings up and down around the set frequency. The trajectory of the operating frequency on the time axis is shown in the figure below. The swing amplitude is set by P09.11 . When P09.11 is set to 0 , that is, the swing amplitude is 0 and the swing frequency has no effect.
Jump frequency diagram
Schematic diagram of oscillation frequency operation
The frequency function is suitable for industries such as textiles and chemical fibers, as well as occasions requiring traverse and winding functions.
P09.11 | Swing frequency amplitude | 0.0~100.0% (relative to the set frequency) | 0.0% |
P09.12 | Jump frequency amplitude | 0.0~50.0% (relative oscillation amplitude) | 0.0% |
P09.13 | Swing frequency rise time | 0.1~3600.0s | 5.0s |
P09.14 | Swing frequency descent time | 0.1~3600.0s | 5.0s |
Swing frequency amplitude: The swing frequency is constrained by the upper and lower limit frequencies.
Swing amplitude relative to center frequency: Swing amplitude AW = Center frequency × Swing amplitude P09.11.
Jump frequency = Amplitude AW × Jump frequency amplitude P09.12. That is, the jump frequency relative to the amplitude when the swing frequency is running.
Rise time: The time it takes for the oscillation frequency to rise from its lowest point to its highest point.
Swing frequency descent time: The time taken for the oscillation frequency to travel from its highest point to its lowest point.
