Features of Y-series three-phase asynchronous motors: Y-series three-phase asynchronous motors not only meet the supporting needs of various sectors of the national economy, but also improve the interchangeability of similar products at home and abroad, greatly facilitating the matching and maintenance of imported equipment. Y-series three-phase asynchronous motors can be divided into two basic series based on their enclosure protection level: IP23 (protected type) and IP44 (enclosed type). Here, Dalan Motor will focus on introducing the features of the IP44 (enclosed type) asynchronous motor.
The Y-series (IP44) three-phase asynchronous motors have the following excellent performance and structural features:
(1) High efficiency level. The Y-series (IP44) small three-phase asynchronous motors maintain the advantage of the J02 series motors in terms of relatively high efficiency. Its weighted average efficiency is 0.413% higher than that of the J02 series , reaching the international level. Due to the improvement of motor efficiency, it brings huge energy-saving economic benefits to society.
(2) Good starting performance. The stall torque of the Y-series (IP44) motors is 33% higher than that of the J02 series motors, and the starting torque reaches the level of the JQ02 series high starting torque motors. The minimum torque of all of them is guaranteed to be above 0.8 times the rated torque, and most of them reach or exceed 1 times the rated torque. Therefore, its starting performance is excellent, and it starts smoothly under load.
(3) Low noise and low vibration. The Y series (IP44) three-phase asynchronous motors are specified with sound power noise standards and are divided into level 1 and level 2 according to noise limits for users to choose from. Because this series uses special bearings for motors, the operating noise is greatly reduced. According to actual measurements, its noise is about 5 to 10 decibels lower than that of the J02 series, and the vibration is also significantly reduced compared to the J02 series motors.
(4) Good protection performance. The structural design of the Y-series (IP44) three-phase asynchronous motor has met the protection requirements against external solid objects and splashing water, thus effectively preventing foreign objects from harming the motor and the human body.
(5) Reliable operation and long service life. The windings of the Y-series (IP44) three-phase asynchronous motors all use Class B insulation materials. When the altitude does not exceed 1000 meters and the temperature of the cooling air does not exceed 40℃, the temperature rise limit (resistance method) of the motor stator winding does not exceed 80K. Therefore, except for a very few specifications, the motors generally have a temperature rise margin of more than 15K. A larger temperature rise margin can extend the service life of the motor and improve the reliability of motor operation.
(6) Beautiful and elegant appearance. The end covers, junction boxes, fan covers and other main structural components of the Y series (IP44) three-phase asynchronous motors are more beautiful and elegant than traditional old products. The entire series of motors is 15% smaller in volume and 12% lighter in weight than the J02 series.
