PLCs typically offer three output options for users: relay output, transistor output, and thyristor output.
Isolation measures were adopted in the line structure.
Features:
Relay output: low switching speed, high load capacity, suitable for low-frequency applications.
Transistor output: high switching speed, low load capacity, suitable for high frequency applications.
Thyristor output: high switching speed, low load capacity, suitable for high frequency applications.
Precautions:
(1) The PLC output interfaces are grouped, with each group having a COM port, and only the same power supply voltage can be used.
(2) The PLC output load capacity is limited. Please refer to the relevant materials for specific parameters.
(3) For inductive loads, RC protection should be added.
(4) When the load uses a DC power supply of less than 30V, in order to shorten the response time, a freewheeling diode can be connected in parallel to improve the response time.
