The digital display high-power electric mixer achieves stepless speed regulation through a friction wheel drive system, but the DC brushless motor always operates at a fixed working point. The power output speed and torque of the DC brushless motor reach optimized values at this point and remain essentially constant. Power is transmitted to the mixing shaft through the friction wheel and the central shaft equipped with a pair of plastic couplings. Two gear trains are configured on the same two shafts to form two manually adjustable speeds. To improve the service life of the digital display electric mixer, please understand the following precautions before use:

1. The environment in which the digital display electric mixer is used should be kept dry. The surface of the electric motor of the digital display electric mixer should be kept clean. The air inlet of the digital display electric mixer should not be obstructed by dust, fibers, etc.
2. When the thermal protection of the DC brushless motor of the digital display electric mixer trips continuously, the source of the fault should be determined as to whether it is the DC brushless motor, overload, or the protection device setting value is too low. After troubleshooting, the mixer can be put into operation.
3. Ensure that the DC brushless motor of the digital display electric mixer is well lubricated during operation.
4. When the bearing reaches the end of its lifespan, the vibration and noise of the DC brushless motor of the digital display electric mixer will increase significantly. When the radial clearance of the bearing reaches the following values, the bearing can be replaced.
5. When replacing the winding, the original winding type, size, number of turns, and wire gauge must be recorded. If this data is lost, it should be obtained from the manufacturer in a timely manner, as this can often cause one or more performance aspects of the motor to deteriorate, or even render it unusable.
6. The rotor can be removed from either the extended or non-extended end during disassembly. If it is not necessary to remove the fan, it is more convenient to remove the rotor from the non-extended end as usual. When pulling the rotor out of the stator, take care to avoid damaging the stator windings or insulation.
