From the general assembly drawing, component assembly drawing, part drawing, and material BOM of the planetary gear reducer, until the entire order is completed, the completeness, neatness, and process information records of the precision gear reducer drawings must be ensured.
• Assembly area
The placement and assembly of planetary reducer components must be carried out on the designated assembly table. The site for the placement and assembly of the entire machine must be clearly planned. Until the end of the entire project, all work areas must be kept neat, standardized, and orderly.
• Assembly materials
Before starting work, the assembly materials specified in the planetary reducer assembly process must be in place on time. If some components are not in place, the work sequence can be changed.
