Maintenance and Use of High-Pressure Vortex Air Pumps:
1. The vortex air pump should be placed in a relatively stable place, and the surrounding environment should be clean, dry and well-ventilated.
2. The rotation direction of the vortex air pump impeller must be consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the fan casing.
3. When the high-pressure vortex air pump is working, the working pressure shall not exceed 8 kPa, so as to avoid the air pump generating excessive heat and the motor overcurrent causing damage to the air pump.
4. Except for the two bearings on the motor rotor, there is no direct contact friction in other parts of the vortex air pump. The bearing installation methods for this air pump are mainly divided into two categories. The first type has the bearing installed in the pump body between the motor base and the impeller; this type of air pump does not require regular lubrication. The second type has the bearing installed in the middle of the pump cover; this type of air pump bearing should be lubricated regularly with grease (7018 high-speed grease). Lubrication should be done monthly, and more frequently for air pumps operating continuously in three shifts. Maintenance of the bearing at the motor fan end of this type of air pump is the same as for the first type.
5. The filters and silencers at both the inlet and outlet of the vortex air pump should be cleaned as needed to prevent clogging and ensure proper operation.
6. The external connection of the vortex air pump inlet and outlet must use a flexible hose (such as a rubber hose or a plastic spring hose).
7. Replacement of the vortex air pump bearing: Bearing replacement must be performed by a person familiar with repair work. First, loosen the screws on the pump cover, then disassemble the parts one by one in the order shown in the diagram. The disassembled parts should be cleaned and then reassembled in reverse order. When disassembling, do not pry the impeller forcefully; use a special puller to remove it. At the same time, do not forget to remove the adjusting shims, so as not to affect the clearance that was adjusted at the factory.
8. Solids, liquids, and corrosive gases are strictly prohibited from entering the pump body of the high-pressure vortex air pump.
Installation precautions for Quanfeng high-pressure blowers:
1. Flat washers and spring washers must be used to tighten the screws;
2. It is best to use rubber cushioning to support the weight of the high-pressure blower, especially for high-power high-pressure blowers, which is essential.
3. For certain occasions where noise is a concern, a silencer can be installed to reduce noise (generally by about 5dB). The silencer is installed at the end of the air inlet or outlet duct.
4. For some occasions with very high noise requirements, a layer of sound-absorbing cotton can be added according to the machine's own conditions to meet the on-site noise requirements. For details, please consult the high-pressure blower manufacturer or a professional noise control company.
5. When using sound-absorbing cotton for noise reduction, pay attention to the distance between the high-pressure blower and the housing, ensure proper ventilation and heat dissipation of the high-pressure blower, and use rubber buffers to support the weight of the high-pressure blower. For specific details, consult the high-pressure blower manufacturer, such as Taiwan Quanfeng or Siemens.
6. Flexible hoses should be used to connect the inlet and outlet pipes of the high-pressure blower to isolate vibration.
