(1) Correct wiring is crucial. Connect the brown wire to the positive terminal of the power supply, the blue wire to the negative terminal of the power supply, the black wire to the input 0.00, the white wire to the input 0.01, the orange wire to the input 0.04, and connect the PLC's COM to the positive terminal of the power supply.
(2) Connect the brown wire to the positive terminal of the power supply, the blue wire to the negative terminal of the power supply, the black wire to the input 0.00, the white wire to the input 0.01, the orange wire to the input 0.04, and connect the PLC's COM to the negative terminal of the power supply.
(3) Connect the red wire to the positive terminal of the power supply, the black wire to the negative terminal of the power supply, the brown wire to the input 0.00, the orange wire to the input 0.01, the yellow wire to the input 0.02, the green wire to the input 0.03, the blue wire to the input 0.04, the purple wire to the input 0.05, the gray wire to the input 0.06, the white wire to the input 0.07, the pink wire to the input 0.08, and connect the PLC's COM to the positive terminal of the power supply.
(4) Connect the red wire to the positive terminal of the power supply, the black wire to the negative terminal of the power supply, the brown wire to the input 0.00, the orange wire to the input 0.01, the yellow wire to the input 0.02, the green wire to the input 0.03, the blue wire to the input 0.04, the purple wire to the input 0.05, the gray wire to the input 0.06, the white wire to the input 0.07, the pink wire to the input 0.08, and connect the PLC's COM to the negative terminal of the power supply.
(5) Connect the black wire to A0+, the black and red edged wire to A0-, the white wire to B0+, the white and red edged wire to B0-, the orange wire to Z0+, the orange and red edged wire to Z0-, the brown wire to the power supply +5V, and the blue wire to the power supply 0V. Do not connect the wires incorrectly.
