It utilizes state-of-the-art microcomputer control technology, combining a variable frequency drive (VFD) with a motor and water pump to form a high-tech, energy-saving electromechanical integrated water supply device. The equipment uses the water pressure at the pump outlet (or the user's water flow rate) as a set parameter. Through automatic microcomputer control of the VFD's output frequency, it adjusts the pump motor speed, achieving closed-loop regulation of the user's network water pressure. This ensures the water supply system automatically maintains a stable pressure at the set value: when water consumption increases, the frequency increases, and the pump speed increases; when water consumption decreases, the frequency decreases, and the pump speed decreases. Composition of variable frequency constant pressure water supply equipment
Variable frequency constant pressure water supply equipment mainly consists of a water pump unit, pressure measuring and stabilizing tank, pressure sensor, and variable frequency control cabinet. It can consistently maintain the pressure gauge pressure (i.e., the user's network water pressure) equal to the user's set value. It can be used for general domestic or industrial water supply. Water supply system configurations include:
1. The variable frequency water supply equipment is connected to the municipal water supply network for constant pressure water supply. When the water supply pressure is sufficient to meet the needs, all water pumps will automatically stop. Otherwise, the constant pressure water supply equipment will start to increase the pressure to meet the water demand.
2. Add a small pump or pressure tank: To completely eliminate power consumption during low-flow or zero-flow water supply, an auxiliary small pump or pressure tank can be added. When the water supply pressure is low, the main pump will automatically stop, allowing the small pump or pressure tank to run.
