The V90 supports plug-and-play commissioning, has fully optimized servo performance, integrates quickly with SIMATIC PLCs, and offers reliable performance. It forms an optimal servo system when used with the new SIMOTICSS-1FL6 servo motor.
The V90 supports internal setpoint position control, external pulse position control, speed control, and torque control, integrating pulse input, analog input/output, digital input/output, and encoder pulse output interfaces. Through real-time automatic optimization and automatic resonance suppression, it can automatically optimize into a system that balances high dynamic performance and smooth operation. Furthermore, the pulse input supports up to 1MHz, ensuring high-precision positioning. This servo system can also work seamlessly with the S7-1500T/S7-1500/S7-1200 to achieve a wide range of motion control functions, such as cam/gear control, for applications in cutting, shearing, and other similar equipment.
