Safety controller function
The dual CPUs of the safety controller can execute the same user program once on each side, and then compare the two results. If the comparison results match, the result is output; otherwise, the safe result is selected for output.
Simply put, it has a "self-test". For example, if your safety switch has been used for too long and has aged, causing the output signal to be incorrect, the safety controller can detect it in time and stop the equipment to ensure the safety of the operator.
