The MX series programmable controllers are characterized by their ease of use, mature technology, and stable reliability, and are perfectly compatible with similar Mitsubishi products. They garnered widespread attention when first exhibited at the Maixin Electric booth at the 2018 Shanghai International Industry Fair. In fact, prior to the exhibition, Maixin engineers had already successfully applied them to several motor testing systems.
This system mainly consists of three parts: electrical logic control, servo function code transmission and reception, and communication connection. It can be started manually or automatically. After selecting different numbers of servo motors online, the PLC program calculates and sends corresponding function codes to control the motor operation. Time and temperature can be set to monitor the system. The human-machine interface allows real-time monitoring of various dynamic data and internal parameters of the motors, enabling observation and diagnosis of servo motor performance. All performance testing can be completed in one stop with a single wiring connection.

Complex motion control is accomplished using function commands through various function codes, allowing the tested motor to quickly reach its rated speed and repeatedly switch its running direction, while strictly monitoring various performance indicators of the motor.
In complex and ever-changing electrical environments, a bus-type structure with terminal matching is adopted to achieve balanced transmission, and multi-point communication effectively suppresses common-mode interference.
The fully parameterized design simplifies complex testing procedures, enabling precise acquisition of key data such as motor current, torque, speed, and temperature rise.
