Dust concentration sensors are mainly used for continuous monitoring of total dust concentration in dusty workplaces such as mines and cement plants.
It is a high-tech sensor developed to meet the needs of existing coal mines for monitoring underground dust concentration using the principle of laser scattering. It can monitor and display underground dust concentration in real time, on-site, and continuously under natural airflow conditions, while outputting switch signals to the dust suppression device of water spraying, thus achieving the best dust measurement and suppression effect.
Technical features
(1) The rated operating current is small, which greatly reduces the burden on the power supply of the substation and allows it to be installed at a distance from the substation. Under the rated sampling flow rate, the rated operating current of the whole machine is ≤120mA and the maximum operating current is ≤180mA;
(2) It has a wide input voltage range and is suitable for various substations in coal mines. The instrument can work normally within the input voltage range of 12V～24VDC (intrinsically safe power supply);
(3) High measurement accuracy: It adopts a segmented control algorithm, which automatically uses different proportional coefficients to calculate according to different concentrations. At the same time, it adds a temperature compensation function, which improves the measurement accuracy.
(4) It has an automatic zero-point calibration function and allows setting the zero-point drift time;
(5) It has a soft-start mode, which reduces the impact on the power supply when the instrument starts up, and the maximum starting current is ≤130mA;
(6) It has an online calibration function and can be directly calibrated online using the CCGZ-1000 direct-reading dust meter;
(7) The measurement range can be set to 0-500 mg/m3 or 0-1000 mg/m3 as needed;
(8) It can measure instantaneous dust concentration or average dust concentration. The measurement time for average dust concentration can be arbitrarily selected within the range of 1 to 3600 seconds.
