PNOZmultiConfigurator—A fundamental tool for configuring safety loops.
Easily create safety loops on your computer using PNOZmultiConfigurator. The configuration tool supports users in the design, configuration, documentation, and commissioning of Pilz control system projects.
On the graphical Windows® compatible user interface, all components are available as safety circuit icons or in the selection menu. Online help information, including documentation, is available when configuring the safety circuit. Once complete, the software tool will check the circuit for any errors.
To prevent accidental modification, fully configurable security loops can be certified. Users can edit, modify, or add uncertified configurations to security loops at any time. These can be invoked simply by calling them in PNOZmultiConfigurator, and the configurations can also be printed and used as files.
New features in PNOZmultiConfigurator version 10.8
Version 10.8 of the PNOZmultiConfigurator supports a new expansion module for the PNOZmulti2 configurable small control system: the PNOZmEF4AI Safety Analog Input Module. This expansion module provides four independent safety analog current inputs. The configuration is in the mode of the module program mIQ.
