Modular security door system: This is a personalized security door protection solution that allows for rapid diagnosis even in the event of a malfunction.
PSENmat dynamic pressure-sensitive safety mat: enables monitoring and control functions through virtual buttons in a single device.
PSENscan security laser scanner: used for monitoring production areas.
Various versions of the PSENoptII light curtain are available: Protected areas up to 1500mm high, suitable for PLe and below hand and body protection. PSENoptII boasts 50g impact resistance, exhibiting exceptional durability against impacts, vibrations, and collisions. Its protection range is 50 meters, and diagnostics can be easily performed via LEDs.
Multiple Pilz service robot modules in operation
Pilz's service robot modules are used in various scenarios: as a dual-arm version and a mobile version that can interact with automated guided vehicles (AGVs). The service robot modules are also used as loading and unloading devices in Pilz's smart factories and hydraulically driven presses.
Users can combine robotic arms, control modules, operation modules, and software modules based on the open-source framework Robot Operating System (ROS) by following the principle of building functional blocks.
Pilz motion control: better performance, lower cost
Innovations in drive technology include the next-generation Pilz motion control system PMCprimoC2. Improved performance ensures higher production quality and cycle counts. In addition to numerous interfaces and encoder inputs, digital inputs/outputs and a USB interface for data security ensure high flexibility. The PMCprimoSZ servo motor features a pure digital motor feedback protocol with a HIPERFACEDSL interface. It requires minimal cabling between the frequency converter and the motor feedback system, supporting single-cable solutions in drive technology.
Global CE Expert Certification
Pilz has expanded its training program to include "CECE-Registered CE Certification Specialist" qualification training. This qualification, awarded by TÜV Nord and internationally recognized, provides the expertise needed to CE certify new, existing, or improved machines.
