1. It is strictly forbidden to connect the output terminals U, V, and W of the frequency converter to the AC power supply.

2. The frequency converter must be properly grounded, with a grounding resistance of less than 10Ω.

3. If the frequency converter has been stored for more than two years, the voltage should be gradually increased using a voltage regulator before powering it on. If it has been stored for six months or one year, it should be powered on and run for one day.

4. After disconnecting the power supply to the frequency converter, wait a few minutes before performing maintenance operations. The DC bus voltage (P+, P-) should be below 25V.

5. Avoid installing the frequency converter in environments where water droplets may splash.

6. Do not short-circuit any of the two ends of P+, P-, or PB.

7. The main circuit terminals and wires must be securely connected.

8. When a frequency converter drives a three-phase AC motor to operate at low speed for a long period of time, it is recommended to use a frequency converter motor.

9. When the frequency converter drives the motor to operate at speeds exceeding 50Hz for extended periods, ensure that the motor bearings and other mechanical components are within the operating speed range, and pay attention to the vibration and noise of the motor and equipment.

10. For variable frequency drives of gearboxes, gears and other mechanical devices that require lubrication, attention should be paid to the lubrication effect during long-term low-speed operation.

11. When the frequency converter is operating at a certain frequency, if it encounters the mechanical resonance point of the load device, a jump frequency should be set to avoid the resonance point.

12. If the connection between the frequency converter and the motor is too long, an output reactor should be added.

13. It is strictly prohibited to use contactors or other switching devices on the input side of the frequency converter for frequent start-stop operations.

14. When using the motor for the first time or after a long period of storage, an insulation test must be performed. Use a 500V megohmmeter to test; the motor's insulation resistance should be greater than 5MΩ.

15. When testing the insulation of a motor, the inverter must be disconnected from the motor.

16. Power factor compensators, capacitors, and surge protectors must not be connected to the output side of the frequency converter.

17. Contactors and switching devices are strictly prohibited from being installed on the output side of the frequency converter.

18. When using frequency converters in areas with an altitude of over 1000 meters, they must be derated.

19. An air switch and a fuse should be installed between the input side of the frequency converter and the power supply.

20. Thermal relays do not need to be installed on the output side of the frequency converter.
