The Mitsubishi FX5U CPU module has a built-in analog input that is a voltage input (DC 0~10V).
This method can convert the signal into an analog current input (DC 4~20m).
[Methods used in current input (DC 4~20mA)]
The FX5UCPU module only supports voltage input, but it can be used as a current input by connecting a 250Ω resistor (0.5% precision resistor) between the V□+ and V- terminals.
1. Wiring Example
The □ in V□+,CH□ represents the CH number.
*1 A 500Ω resistor can also be connected in parallel. Please select a suitable resistor after considering the maximum input current.
*2 For channels that are not in use, short-circuit the “V□+” and “V-” terminals.
2. Standards
Analog input: DC 4~20mA
Digital output value: 400~2000*1
Resolution: 10μA
Maximum input: -2mA, +60mA
The scaling function can be used to change this.
3. Example of using the share scaling function
The default value (upper limit 4000, lower limit 0) is converted to a value (upper limit 4500, lower limit -500) using the share scaling function.
