Working principle of explosion-proof hand chain hoist lifting reducer
Explosion-proof hand chain hoists are lifting machines that can operate in flammable and explosive environments. They have a compact internal structure, special materials, stable performance, and are classified as special operation equipment. They are widely used in industries such as chemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, and food factories. They are simple to operate and safe and reliable.
The lifting reducers of explosion-proof manual chain hoists all adopt standard module helical gears with three-stage (0.5t～10t) or four-stage (≥12t) reduction gears. The gears and gear shafts are forged from alloy steel and heat-treated. Explosion-proof electric hoists all use rolling bearings, and the housing is made of cast iron with closed-loop oil bath lubrication. The assembly is tight, providing excellent dust protection and preventing sparks during use, thus fully ensuring operational safety.
The operating mechanism of the explosion-proof hand chain hoist is electric, consisting of a drive wheel assembly and a driven wheel assembly. The drive wheel assembly includes a running motor with a brake and a two-stage spur gear transmission mechanism. The first stage is a closed gear transmission composed of a motor gear and a large gear. The second stage is an open gear transmission that simultaneously drives two wheels (each with gears) via a gear shaft. The main technical parameters of the explosion-proof hand chain hoist gears are shown in Table 4. The two wheels are supported by rolling bearings on a shaft that is tightly fitted to the drive wheel wall plate. Similarly, the two wheels in the driven wheel assembly are also supported by rolling bearings on a shaft that is tightly fitted to the driven wheel wall plate.
