A vibratory motor consists of an adjustable eccentric block installed at each end of the rotor shaft. The excitation force is generated by the centrifugal force produced by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and eccentric blocks. Vibratory motors have a wide vibration frequency range; only when the excitation force and power are properly matched can mechanical noise be reduced. Vibratory motors are classified into six types, including by starting and running methods and by operating speed. The YZO series vibratory motor is one such type.
YZO series vibratory motors are widely used in hydropower construction, thermal power generation, construction, building materials, chemical industry, mining, coal, metallurgy, light industry, and other industrial sectors. Besides being used in general vibratory machinery, these motors can also be combined with various vibration modes, such as: planar rotary, vortex, rocking vibration, combined linear, combined elliptical, compound dual-frequency, and compound dual-amplitude vibrations. These vibration modes allow for the production of novel vibratory machinery that was not previously available.
Features of YZO series vibration motors:
1. Easy to maintain, strong body, and low noise.
2. Fully enclosed structure, capable of operating in any dusty conditions without explosion-proof requirements.
3. The excitation force and output force are properly matched, resulting in a large excitation force.
4. Vibration frequency and amplitude can be selected according to different applications.
5. Complete range of specifications to meet the working needs of various vibrating machines.
6. The direction of the excitation force can be changed according to the installation method of the vibration motor.
7. The excitation force can be steplessly adjusted simply by adjusting the included angle of the eccentric blocks.
