System features:
■ The KDN series servo drive has Z-phase capture function.
When relying on the mechanical origin input as the zero point position of the servo axis, the zero position can be unreliable due to factors such as vibration, looseness, and dust. However, using an encoder for Z-phase capture perfectly solves this problem.
■ High dynamic response.
For example, when transitioning from posture A to posture B during the polishing of a mobile phone back cover, this process typically needs to be completed within a very short time. Therefore, the XY axis of the driving grinding wheel instantly increases from 0 rpm to 2000 rpm; in actual operation under load, this process takes only about 15 ms. This high dynamic response performance ensures the final polishing precision.
