■Latch Functionality:
Packaging applications often require tracking functionality. The KDN series servo drives feature a latch function. When a color mark fast signal is input, the encoder value between the two signals is stored in a register and then transmitted to the controller via the bus.
■Cam output:
In rotary cutting applications, at a certain angle of the cutter, a signal needs to be output to handle other events. The KDN servo has a cam output function. The controller writes parameter values to the servo via PDO, and the driver internally determines when the value is reached and outputs a signal.
■Full closed loop:
In packaging applications, high speed and high precision are often required, making the fully closed-loop control of a servo system essential. The KDN servo has a second encoder interface, enabling connection to various external encoders for high-precision control of the mechanical system.
