1 | Model Introduction: Glass Double Round Edge Grinding Machine
The glass double-round edge grinding machine is specially designed for grinding the bottom edge and chamfer of flat glass.
All models in this series are controlled by PLC, and can simultaneously process edge grinding and rounding on both sides, completing rough grinding and fine grinding in one go.

● Chamfering mechanism X- axis and Y -axis path planning:
Based on the set parameters such as side length, trapezoidal front angle, chamfer size, and grinding wheel diameter, the grinding wheel trajectory is plotted.
● The chamfering mechanism is synchronized with the conveyor:
The chamfering grinding wheel first needs to be synchronized with the moving transmission axis, and then the CNC path and the position of the transmission axis are superimposed.
