I. Introduction to Servo Wire Coiling Machine System:
Ring-shaped iron hoops are ubiquitous in our daily lives. But how are these sturdy iron hoops made? They come from the following machine. Traditional ring-forming machines require a touchscreen and PLC to control the servo feeding and achieve closed-loop correction. However, the Yongbo ring-forming machine system integrates control into the servo motor; parameters can be set simply on the touchscreen, making wiring simple and operation convenient.
II. Operating Procedures
First, follow the on-screen prompts to set the servo-related parameters:
Once the equipment is operating normally, it can be used. In manual mode, jogging feeding and unloading can be performed; the cylinder can be controlled via the DO output port of the servo control through the touch screen. After the manual mode operation is normal, it can be switched to automatic mode for production.
In automatic mode, the circumference of the circle can be set, and the travel of the iron wire is monitored in real time and compared with the set value. If there is a deviation from the set value, an alarm will be triggered and the machine will stop immediately. Automatic mode has two modes: open loop and closed loop, which can be switched freely. When mechanical wear occurs, an encoder needs to be installed for closed loop control, and the servo will automatically compensate for wear errors.
The system also has a recipe function, which can store multiple sets of material length parameters, making it easy to switch between producing iron rings of different sizes.
