Steamed buns are a popular food in our lives, and the ones sold in stores are both beautiful and delicious. But do you know how the patterns on steamed buns are created automatically?
Traditionally, the decorative patterns on steamed buns are created by skilled pastry chefs. However, using the Yongbo Steamed Bun Decorating System shown in the image below, you can achieve both shaping and twisting of the buns, which is highly efficient and produces uniform and aesthetically pleasing buns, satisfying everyone's desire for steamed buns.

II. Operating Procedures
1. Main Interface:
Click anywhere on the welcome screen to enter the main interface. The control interface is divided into the following parts:
( 1 ) Belt speed setting box: used to set the speed of the upstream and downstream belts. Press and hold the speed-up and speed-down buttons to increase or decrease the speed (unit: meters / minute).
( 2 ) X0 indicator light: used to monitor the upstream reflected photoelectric switch signal, the light will turn on when there is a bun.
( 3 ) X1 indicator light: used to monitor the downstream reflected photoelectric switch signal, the light will turn on when there is a bun.
( 4 ) Pinch flower activation button: used to turn the pinch flower action on and off.
( 5 ) Twist to enable button: used to turn the twisting action on and off.
( 6 ) The target output is used to set the shutdown when the output is reached, and the current output can be monitored.
( 7 ) Alarm clearing: When a safety door or material blockage alarm or frequency converter alarm occurs, after troubleshooting, the alarm needs to be cleared before restarting.
2. Parameter setting interface:
On the main interface, click the product parameter button in the lower right corner to enter the cylinder action time setting interface for different products:
( 1 ) Product numbers need to start from 1 to be stored.
( 2 ) After setting the product parameters, press the save button to save the current time parameters.
( 3 ) After switching to different product numbers, press the read button to read the time parameter of the current product number.
( 4 ) Time parameter description:
① Downstream belt shutdown timing: The downstream belt stops X seconds after the power is turned off.
② Downstream belt start timing: After the downstream twisting cylinder has completed its operation, delay for X seconds before belt start.
③Twist and rotation timing: After the downstream belt stops, start the twisting rotary cylinder after a delay of X seconds.
④ Twist and turn time: Disconnect after twisting and rotating for X seconds.
⑤ Timing of the torsion plate descent: After the downstream belt stops, the torsion plate descends after a delay of X seconds.
⑥ Torsion plate descent time: After the torsion plate continues to descend for X seconds, the torsion plate rises.
⑦ Positioning clamp closing timing: After the downstream belt stops, the positioning clamp closes after a delay of X seconds.
⑧ Timing of releasing the positioning clamp: The positioning clamp is released after being closed for X seconds.
⑨ Upstream belt stopping timing: The upstream belt stops X seconds after the power is turned off.
⑩ Upstream belt start timing: After the upstream kneading cylinder has completed its action, delay for X seconds before belt start.
⑪ Timing of flower pinching clamp closure: After the upstream belt stops, the flower pinching clamp cylinder is activated to close after a delay of X seconds.
⑫ Flower pinching clamp closing time: The flower pinching clamp cylinder closes for X seconds, then the flower pinching clamp releases.
⑬ Timing of the flower clamp descent: After the upstream conveyor belt stops, the flower clamp descends after a delay of X seconds.
⑭ Flower-pinching clip descent time: The flower-pinching clip descends for X seconds, then returns to its original position.
3. Backend parameter description:
( 1 ) The background parameters are the manufacturer's parameters. They will be automatically hidden after the machine is adjusted. If you need to modify them, you need to consult the manufacturer.
( 2 ) The upstream and downstream parameters are basically the same. The transmission wheel shaft length is 48.51CM , the number of motor pole pairs is 2 , the reduction ratio is 40 , and the frequency is automatically generated according to the speed of the main interface.
4. Installation and debugging instructions:
( 1 ) Confirm that the safety door signal input is normal.
( 2 ) Click the blank space in the upper left corner to enter the background parameter interface, and set the pulley circumference to 48.51cm.
( 3 ) Set the number of motor pole pairs to 2 and the motor reduction ratio to 40 , and then automatically generate the frequency.
( 4 ) Set the belt speed to 32.
( 5 ) Set the cylinder time as shown in the above photo.
( 6 ) Switch to the jog interface, clear the alarm, turn on the jog switch, control the upstream and downstream belts to run, and check if the relays are engaged.
( 7 ) Turn on the knitting and twisting switches on the main interface, and then use the jog interface to jog the cylinder to confirm that the controlled cylinder is moving normally.
( 8 ) Press the start button and confirm that the asynchronous motor rotates in the same direction (from knitting to twisting). If the direction is incorrect, change the STF port on the frequency converter to the STR port.
( 9 ) Touch the reflective switch X0 to check the action of the knitting cylinder to confirm that the air circuit is normal. Touch the reflective switch X1 to check the knitting action to confirm that the air circuit is normal.
