1. Idler rollers have a normal service life of over 20,000 hours and generally do not require maintenance. Idler rollers exhibiting abnormal noises or failing to rotate should be replaced promptly.
2. When replacing bearings, the bearing holder opening must face outwards. After the bearing is installed into the idler roller, appropriate clearance should be maintained, and it should not be crushed.
3. The labyrinth seals should be original factory parts, and should be installed separately into the idler rollers during assembly, and should not be assembled together.
4. When using idler rollers, take precautions to prevent heavy objects from hitting the roller tube.
5. To ensure the sealing and performance of the idler rollers, do not disassemble them arbitrarily.
