G15 pneumatic pick manufacturer, manufacturer of lightweight G15 pneumatic picks, manufacturer of handheld rock breaking G15 pneumatic picks .
Working principle of pneumatic pick
First, compressed air drives the piston in a reciprocating motion, causing the hammer head to continuously strike. When the hammer moves forward, the hammer head strikes the chisel tip; when the hammer moves backward, the gas in the cylinder is sealed within the air distribution valve box, forming a flexible buffer layer. The gas in the cylinder is then re-distributed before striking forward again. The hammer head strikes the chisel tip; the starting device of the pneumatic hammer is located inside the handle sleeve during its backward movement. A plunger valve controls the air path between the air inlet pipe and the air distribution valve. Under the action of a helical spring, the plunger valve is normally closed, cutting off the air path.
G10 jackhammer routine maintenance
1. The normal operating air pressure of the air hammer is 0.5 MPa . During normal operation, add lubricating oil every 2 hours . When adding oil, first disconnect the air hose connector, tilt the air hammer, press the handle, and inject oil through the connecting pipe.
2. During the use of the G15 pneumatic drill, disassemble it at least twice a week, clean and dry it with clean water , apply lubricant, and then reassemble it. If any parts are found to be worn or malfunctioning, they should be replaced in time. It is strictly forbidden to operate the pneumatic drill while it is malfunctioning.
3. When the cumulative usage time of the pneumatic pick reaches more than 8 hours , the pneumatic pick should be cleaned.
4. If the pneumatic drill is idle for more than a week, it should be lubricated for maintenance.
5. Sharpen the rough pick chisel in a timely manner.
Pneumatic drill maintenance
1. There should be no less than 3 spare pneumatic picks for the removal process , and no more than 3 pneumatic picks to be repaired ;
2. The repair time for the pneumatic pick should not exceed 2 days;
3. The interval between grinding the chisel tip during use should not exceed 15 days;
4. When the G15 pneumatic pick is scrapped, its average lifespan is not less than 100 tons of sponge titanium per piece;
5. The broken pickaxe should be recycled, and the tip should be polished in time.
6. For unusable pneumatic picks, usable parts should be recycled and the unused pneumatic picks should be stored in a designated area.
Pneumatic pick operating procedures
I. Precautions before using a pneumatic drill:
1. Inspect the safety conditions of the working face, making sure to check the walls and roof.
2. Use a G15 pneumatic drill to check the airflow and blow away any dirt from the rubber duct.
3. Check whether the air filter screen of the hose connector and the inside of the fixing steel sleeve of the jackhammer head are clean.
4. Check whether the end of the pneumatic drill bit and the steel sleeve are misaligned and whether the gap is appropriate.
