When the encoder's backup battery runs out of power, or if the encoder's backup battery is lost, the CNC machine tool cannot operate normally. In this situation, it is necessary to correctly reset the reference point or origin. Coaxiality alignment refers to moving the machine tool's spindle to a suitable position so that the CNC machine tool's spindle is coaxial with the corresponding drill bushing on the fixture, which is essentially aligning the position of the workpiece's machining area.

The coaxiality alignment method is as follows: Connect the CNC machine to the M port of the machine tool. In this mode, select the corresponding coordinate axis. You can jog the CNC machine tool; the jogging speed can be adjusted using the multiplier. Insert a special measuring tool with a dial indicator into the spindle's inner hole. The inserted part of the tool should have a certain fit with the spindle's inner hole. Alternatively, jog the corresponding axis using the handwheel to adjust the position of the CNC machine tool or CNC machining center, allowing the probe to slowly enter the drill jig. Stop after entering the appropriate depth. Care should be taken to avoid placing the probe in any rusted or worn areas within the drill jig, and to prevent the probe from contacting the equipment.

Then slowly rotate the spindle one or several times and record the swing of the dial indicator (for horizontal machine tools, there are four positions: up, down, left, and right; for vertical machine tools, there are four positions: front, back, left, and right). If the coaxiality is not within the required range, the coaxiality requirement can be referred to the static accuracy of the machine tool. Based on the swing, jog the corresponding axis of the machine tool and readjust the position of the machine tool until the coaxiality meets the requirements, that is, the position of the workpiece machining part meets the requirements. At this point, the coaxiality alignment is complete.

Based on the above conditions and machining procedures, the center coordinates of the hydraulic tappet hole are [coordinates missing]. After connecting, press the key on the operation panel, then press the soft key to bring up the screen. At this point, the parameters can be rewritten. To call up the parameters, disconnect the machine power according to the information prompts, then turn the machine power back on and return to the reference point. The reference point found at this time may not necessarily meet the positional accuracy requirements of the workpiece machining area.

Move the CNC machine tool to a position, or as known from the aforementioned conditions, when the CNC machine tool is in this position, the coordinate axis data in the program is position or position. Use the above method to find the coaxiality to correct the coaxiality, and record the coordinate data at this time. Use one to obtain another coordinate data. Move the CNC machine tool back to the coordinate data. If an overtravel alarm occurs during the movement, modify the corresponding axis data to eliminate the overtravel alarm.
