The SAFOMI-IEC adapter flange features a simple and compact design with a built-in expansion tank. It eliminates the need for an oil tank and hoses, as well as the radial shaft seal between the reducer and IEC cylinder that can cause leakage and wear. As standard, the combination of the parallel reducer and SAFOMI-IEC adapter flange can only be installed in the M5 position, with the output shaft facing downwards. Replacing the standard IEC adapter flange on the agitator drive with a SAFOMI-IEC adapter flange improves operational reliability and reduces maintenance costs. The oil level and required oil volume are reduced; the fewer accessories also result in a smaller installation space.
