Encoder series expansion
Since the launch of the new encoder series, the general-purpose line encoder has performed well in the market, satisfying customers with its attractive price, fast delivery, and readily available stock.
As part of Turck's product portfolio expansion strategy, incremental TTL output encoders have been included in the general product line. Similarly, they are available in multiple types, including shaft-type and bushing-type. This expansion further enriches our incremental encoder product line, giving customers more choices.

Main functions and advantages
Reactance
The general-purpose TTL encoder is short-circuit protected at the output and provides a constant output level regardless of the applied operating voltage.
resolution
With a resolution of up to 5000 pulses, our TTL encoders achieve an accuracy level of 0.07 degrees, making them ideal for industrial drives and related control concepts.
Robust mechanical properties and reduced number of electronic components
The two double-shoulder bearings inside the encoder form a particularly robust mechanical structure, protecting the encoder from vibration or impact from the shaft. Furthermore, the number of electronic components has been minimized. These features significantly extend the encoder's lifespan.

application
Incremental encoders have been popular in industrial automation for a long time and account for a large portion of the encoder market. They are often the first choice because of their simple and durable design. TTL encoders are frequently used in drive, steering, and rotary mechanisms.
