Working conditions and on-site preparation

1. The enclosure is now installed.

2. The circuit breakers, wiring wires, cable ties, etc. inside the box are ready and meet the design drawings and installation requirements of the distribution box.

Guide rail installation inside the box

The guide rail must be installed horizontally and match the operating holes of the cover plate.

Install the circuit breaker inside the enclosure.

1. When installing circuit breakers, first pay attention to the position of the circuit breaker mounting holes on the box cover, ensuring that the circuit breaker position is in the reserved position on the box cover. Secondly, the switches should be arranged from left to right, and the reserved position for the switches should be a whole position.

2. Reserved positions are generally placed on the right side of the distribution box. A complete reserved position is provided between the main circuit breaker and the branch circuit breakers in the first row for wiring of the first row of circuit breakers.

Circuit breaker neutral wire wiring

1. The neutral wire should be blue.

2. Lighting and socket circuits generally use 2.5mm² wires, and the number of circuit breakers connected in series with each wire shall not exceed 3. Air conditioning circuits generally use 2.5mm² or 4.0mm² wires, with one circuit breaker per wire.

3. Neutral wires between different phases must not be shared. For example, if the first yellow wire from phase A is connected to two 16A lighting circuit breakers, then the neutral wire of the circuit breaker connected to phase A can only be connected to these two circuit breakers. After connection, it should be directly connected to the neutral wire terminal.

4. Wiring between the main circuit breaker and each branch circuit breaker inside the distribution box generally runs on the left side, while outgoing lines from the distribution box generally run on the right side.

5. Wiring inside the box must be straight and free of splices. Wires must be bundled with plastic cable ties of appropriate size and even spacing.

6. The bending of the wires should be consistent and there should be no sharp bends to prevent damage to the wire insulation and the internal copper core.

First row of open wiring

1. Phase A is yellow, Phase B is green, and Phase C is red.

2. Lighting and socket circuits generally use 2.5mm² wires, and the number of circuit breakers connected in series with each wire shall not exceed 3. Air conditioning circuits generally use 2.5mm² or 4.0mm² wires, with one circuit breaker per wire.

3. The neutral wires of each conductor supplied from each phase of the main switch shall not be shared. For example, if the first yellow conductor supplied from phase A is connected to two 16A lighting circuit breakers, then the neutral wires on the primary side of these two lighting circuit breakers shall also be supplied directly from the primary side of these two circuit breakers and connected to the neutral wire terminal.

4. Wiring between the main circuit breaker and each branch circuit breaker inside the distribution box generally runs on the left side, while outgoing lines from the distribution box generally run on the right side.

6. The bending of the wires should be consistent and there should be no sharp bends to prevent damage to the wire insulation and the internal copper core.

Second row of circuit breaker wiring

6. The bending of the wires should be uniform and there should be no sharp bends to prevent damage to the wire insulation and internal copper core.

Wire binding

1. The wires should be tied with plastic cable ties. The cable ties should be of appropriate size and evenly spaced, generally 100mm apart.

2. After the cable ties are secured, the unused parts should be cut off with pliers.
