An air compressor is the main component of an air supply system. It converts the mechanical energy of a prime mover into gas pressure energy and is the device that generates compressed air. The safe operation of an air compressor relies on the support of various sensors, such as pressure sensors and temperature sensors. Currently, air compressors are widely used in factories, road construction, mining, and building industries to provide a continuous supply of compressed air at a certain pressure, for example, to supply air to pneumatic valves or to provide an air source for processes requiring a specific gas pressure. The selection of an air compressor is primarily based on the working pressure and flow rate of the pneumatic system.
This air compressor temperature sensor is specifically designed and developed for screw compressors manufactured in the compressor industry. It uses imported resistance temperature detectors (RTDs). The probe material is SUS316 or higher grade stainless steel. The product features accurate temperature measurement, shock resistance, vibration resistance, oil leakage prevention, no drift, and long service life.
