Palletizing robots are devices that automatically stack bags, cartons, or other packaging materials fed by conveyors into pallets according to customer process requirements, and then transport the stacked materials. Palletizing robots are widely used in the palletizing industry, significantly saving labor and space. So, what precautions should be taken when maintaining a palletizing robot?
1. Personnel requiring maintenance of the palletizing robot must be relevant personnel, at least those who frequently use the machine or have been trained and carefully read the machine's user manual;
2. Remove the filter from the three-piece gas supply unit, purge and empty the manufacturer's gas supply pipeline, and then supply gas again;
3. Before adjusting the mechanical body of the equipment, we must disconnect the power or press the emergency stop button;
4. Inspect the elevator thoroughly; no one is allowed to enter under the counterweight blocks.
5. Before the high-position palletizing robot can operate normally, all lubrication points need to be lubricated with oil so that the palletizing robot can operate more flexibly;
6. After powering on, check whether the power supply is correct.
