The typical configuration of the medium-sized packaging machine uses the Hexin CTMC series M226ES as the main controller, controlling 6 sets of A4N servo drive systems via EtherCAT bus to achieve: ① single side push of the tissue box, ② pushing the entire pack of tissues down to the waiting position, ③ picking up the packaging bag, ④ feeding the bag to the packaging position, ⑤ opening the bag, and ⑥ pushing the entire pack of tissues into the packaging, thus achieving medium-sized packaging. Combined with the TP10i series HMI, it allows for adjustments to position, compensation width, and other parameter settings.

The solar cell stringer, as the final process in photovoltaic cell manufacturing, welds the finished photovoltaic cells together to form a circuit for power transmission. A CTMC series PLC communicates with the HMI via Modbus TCP. The PLC and servo motors are connected via EtherCAT bus, with nine servos performing processes such as conveying, pulling, loading, and cutting.
