Narrow strip sorting machine - application scenarios
The narrow belt sorting machine consists of multiple narrow belts distributed at equal intervals. The goods are transported to the designated compartments by the left and right movement of the belts.
Narrow-belt sorting equipment has been widely used in last-mile delivery outlets, express centers, and other express sorting scenarios across the country. Utilizing infrared electric rollers, this narrow-belt sorting equipment allows for the direct mixing and sorting of large and small packages without initial classification, significantly improving sorting efficiency.
Narrow strip sorting machine - working principle
1. Packages enter the conveyor belt: manual loading/automatic robot loading, with the barcode on the front of the package facing up;
2. The host computer control system analyzes package information: The package passes through the top scanning camera to identify the barcode on the waybill. The scanned information is connected to the server to obtain the corresponding barcode information. The host computer receives the information and sends the package information to the main control PLC.
3. Packages are sorted to the corresponding slots: After receiving the sorting slot information, the PLC controls multiple sets of infrared electric roller carts through the distributed IO module to sort the packages to the corresponding slots based on the package size, dimensions, and slot placement information.

It is controlled by Hexin CTH300 series PLC and uses CTL ECT distributed I/O for EtherCAT communication.
Option 2
Customers can choose Siemens 1500 as the main control PLC and use Hexin CTL PN distributed I/O for PN communication.
