These items greatly facilitate people's lives. These highly fluid viscous substances are processed into small bags using an oil-packaging machine.
2. Equipment Introduction
Oil packaging machines are specialized equipment used for packaging viscous items with a certain degree of fluidity, such as seasoning packets in instant noodles, jams, ketchup, emulsions, and sauces.
The equipment can automatically measure, feed, make bags, seal, mark, and tear the packaging, and is equipped with automatic material level control, anti-drip and anti-stripping devices.
The equipment operates continuously, without stopping during sealing and bag cutting, thus achieving high packaging efficiency and making it a commonly used piece of equipment in automated production.
3. Process Principle
The oil packaging machine automatically completes processes such as quantitative feeding of seasoning cylinders, bag making, sealing, cutting, and finished product discharge (optional accessories include punching, corner cutting, coding, and inflation).
Longitudinal sealing shaft: Forms the packaging film and achieves longitudinal sealing;
Horizontal sealing shaft: transverse heat sealing;
Cold-sealed shaft: Cold-sealed after heat sealing to prevent liquid dripping and stringing;
Cutting shaft: Cuts the seal in the middle to output the finished product.

Electronic cam control scheme
The three axes of horizontal sealing, cold sealing, and cutting are formed into a cam.
The configuration creates complex reciprocating motions, simulating the cam's operating pattern through a digital system. Combined with various compensation methods, this achieves precise control.
One-to-four servo solution
A single servo motor can drive four motors, offering higher precision and stability, more complex motion modes, smaller footprint, and lower cost compared to traditional one-to-one control methods.
Lost label detection algorithm
The equipment has the ability to self-adjust and can plan the number of lost bids. Through calculation, it can calculate compensation based on the theoretical position when a bid is lost, thereby improving its accuracy and efficiency.
