Abstract : Innovation is the power of development and the key to improving corporate competition. According to the drastic market competition nowadays, this paper discusses how to promote self-innovation capability and analyzes the state-of-the-art and problems of converter manufacturing. In response to these problems, this paper introduces some advices and approaches on improving self-innovation capability. Looking at the development of the international frequency converter industry, world-renowned brands have moved to my country to expand their sales. Domestic frequency converter companies, aiming for growth and sustainable development, are also gradually maturing amidst the competition from global brands, making the frequency converter market fiercely competitive. This requires Chinese companies to constantly monitor market trends and analyze competitors' products to find their own path to success. General Secretary Hu Jintao has repeatedly emphasized that improving independent innovation capabilities is the central link in promoting structural adjustment; it is essential to prioritize promoting independent innovation in all scientific and technological work, vigorously enhance technological innovation capabilities, and strengthen core competitiveness, forging a path of technological innovation with Chinese characteristics in practice.
