Abstract : This paper analyzes the possible forms of electrical interference in frequency conversion speed control systems during practical use, based on the operating characteristics of frequency converters. These include interference from the external environment and interference from the frequency converter to other equipment. Corresponding suppression measures are proposed for different types of interference, all of which have significant practical value. Keywords : frequency converter; electrical interference; suppression measures Keywords : converter; electrical interference; disincentives 0 Introduction General-purpose frequency converters are an organic combination of computer technology, modern control technology, and network technology. They have advantages such as wide speed range, high speed accuracy, fast dynamic response, high operating efficiency, high power factor, convenient operation, and significant energy-saving effect. They have become one of the main means to transform traditional industries, improve process flows, enhance the automation level of production processes, improve product quality, and promote technological progress. They are widely used in the control of machine tools, machinery manufacturing, fans, pumps, and assembly lines. In the process of frequency conversion speed regulation, the frequency converter control system must not only meet accuracy requirements but also ensure stable system operation. Therefore, some anti-interference measures must be taken for the frequency converter. Electrical interference in the actual use of general-purpose frequency converters includes two aspects. First, external interference. Since the control signal of the frequency converter is a weak electrical signal, electromagnetic noise from peripheral equipment will interfere with this weak electrical signal, causing the frequency converter to malfunction. Second, internal interference. Electromagnetic noise, leakage current, and high-order harmonics generated by the use of the frequency converter will also interfere with peripheral equipment. This can cause malfunctions or even damage to peripheral equipment. Therefore, it is essential to take appropriate countermeasures to suppress these electrical interferences and prevent the inverter itself and peripheral equipment from being affected by them. 1. External Environmental Interference and Suppression of Inverters Many peripheral devices, such as electromagnetic contactors, solenoid valves, and relays, are usually installed near general-purpose inverters. These devices are prone to generating electromagnetic noise during operation, which can interfere with the inverter's control signals and intrude into the inverter, causing malfunctions. The following measures can be taken in this case: For details, please click: Anti-interference Measures for General-Purpose Inverters
