Abstract : This paper introduces the principles and methods of data acquisition and motor control in a computer-based measurement and control system, and designs a laboratory device for the system. This device can acquire and process temperature data, control motor speed and position, and form a comprehensive measurement and control system. This system allows computer science students to better understand and master the composition of the measurement and control system during hardware internships, greatly improving their hands-on skills. It combines practical experience with theoretical understanding, intuitively reflecting the data processing and control process widely used in factories. Keywords : Temperature Collection; Electromotor Control; PLC; Transducer. Currently, computer science students in universities generally report not learning much during production internships, often only superficially visiting factories. This falls short of the university's goal of "cultivating innovative and application-oriented talents," hence this research. The aim is to develop a computer-integrated measurement and control system based on an industrial control computer, PLC, frequency converter, and temperature sensor, allowing students to practice in the laboratory, connecting theory with practice, and intuitively reflecting the data acquisition and control processes widely used in industrial settings. 1. System Composition Based on the existing laboratory conditions, the block diagram of the computer-integrated measurement and control system, designed with an industrial control computer, PLC, frequency converter, and temperature sensor, is shown in Figure 1. Through this system, students can gain a deep understanding of industrial processes such as computer data acquisition, communication between computers and PLCs, and asynchronous motor control, truly combining theory with practice.
