Abstract : This paper briefly describes the parameter adjustments involved in the SANKEN frequency converter in a cold saw booster pump project, and details the control method of the SANKEN frequency converter in the cold saw booster pump, namely, how to achieve pressure feedback PID control function. When the cold saw cuts the rolled parts, the saw teeth generate a lot of heat due to friction, so rapid cooling is required to extend the saw blade life. A booster pump is set up on site to supply water, using high-pressure cooling water to cool the saw teeth. Traditional pump control methods consume a lot of energy and the water supply flow and pressure are uneven. However, using a frequency converter to control pump equipment can not only reduce power consumption, but also achieve constant pressure water supply. Using a relatively stable SANKEN frequency converter to control the cold saw booster pump is a specific application of constant pressure water supply technology in pump equipment. [b]2 Adjustment and Setting of SANKEN Inverter Controlled Cold Saw Booster Pump Parameters[/b] 2.1 Selecting the Operation Command cd001=2: Operation via external signal (but the stop button on the operation panel is effective). Only when cd001=2 are the signals input to the control terminals FR and RR effective. 2.2 V/F Graph cd003=1: Linear graph, used for constant torque loads (suitable for pump equipment). 2.3 cd007, cd008: Setting the upper and lower limits of the output frequency, which can protect against excessive frequency caused by erroneous operation command signals.
