Synchronous operation of multiple motors is widely used, especially in production lines and when driving the same load or system. However, many problems often arise during design and operation. Using frequency converters and related products can effectively achieve these functions. These related products, besides the frequency converter itself, include control electrical components, frequency converter auxiliary options, sensors, and PLCs. Users can configure and debug the system according to their actual needs. Parallel Operation 1 [align=center]Figure 1[/align] Multiple frequency converters are simultaneously given a main speed setting. They can operate at the same or proportional speeds, and start and stop simultaneously. If one frequency converter fails, the others are unaffected. Because terminals 2, 5, and 1 of each frequency converter are connected in parallel, the number of converters used simultaneously should not exceed two, otherwise it may reduce their input impedance and affect performance. When there are more than two but no more than four frequency converters, a coaxial dual potentiometer can be used as the speed setting for two frequency converters. When there are more than four frequency converters connected in parallel, the parallel operation 2 method can be used. In parallel operation 2, the inverter ratio setting module FR-FH can also be used to synchronize multiple motors. This module can connect up to 5 inverters. After the main speed is set, the speed offset and gain of each channel can be set individually via the potentiometers on the module's operation panel. If there are more than 5 inverters, one channel in the module can be selected as the main speed input for another module, thus controlling up to 9 inverters, and so on.
