Abstract: The raw material conveyor belt interlocking control and management system based on fieldbus adopts technologies such as fieldbus, PLC, wireless communication, vehicle positioning, and embedded software development to realize the monitoring and management of the raw material workshop feeding system. In order to further improve the monitoring and operation level of belt conveyors and stacker-reclaimers and effectively reduce and avoid accidents, it is necessary to introduce modern production management methods and carry out technical transformation to enable them to have more advanced monitoring methods and management levels. Due to the special nature of on-site production processes and environments, to achieve more advanced and comprehensive automated monitoring and management, it is necessary to combine multiple communication and control technologies. This system is based on fieldbus and includes multiple technologies such as PROFIBUS-DP, fieldbus input/output units, industrial Ethernet, wireless digital communication, digital encoding positioning, and mobile phone SMS notification. This system combines advanced industrial control design solutions and hardware/software systems, fully leveraging the functions of monitoring equipment and software to achieve high cost-effectiveness and maintainability while ensuring high reliability and stability.
