Liquid level control system based on force control configuration software

Abstract: A mathematical model of a dual-tank water system was established, and a cascade control scheme was adopted to control the liquid level system. The control algorithm used was digital PID. The hardware equipment was determined, and a dual-tank liquid level control system was constructed. ForceControl 5.0 configuration software was used to configure the entire liquid level control system, resulting in a dual-tank liquid level system with high control accuracy and intuitive display.

Abstract: The mathematical model of the double-tank is developed, the cascade control-scheme and digital PID algorithm have been adopted in this system. Made a control system of double-tank by chooses appropriate hardware. The configuration software of ForeControl V5.0 can be used to configure, structure a double-tank level control system which is high-precision and intuitionis-tic display.

Liquid level control systems, which use liquid level as the controlled parameter, are a common and important type of control process in modern industrial production. Traditional liquid level control often employs single-loop control and traditional pointer-type instruments to display the liquid level value, limiting the accuracy and intuitiveness of the display. However, with the upgrading of production lines and the increasing demands for process control, high control accuracy—accurate and stable liquid level—is required in liquid level systems. Therefore, we propose complex control—cascade control—to improve the system's control accuracy. To enable the system to have an intuitive and accurate display function, we take a relatively complex dual-tank liquid level system as the research object and use ForceControl 5.0 configuration software to configure the liquid level system and monitor the liquid level control process.
