Abstract: The output characteristics of pressure sensors are greatly affected by temperature. It is impossible to calibrate the sensor characteristics at any temperature. Data fitting can be used to obtain the pressure sensor output characteristics at the desired temperature based on the measured temperature characteristic curves. This paper proposes a piecewise fitting method for pressure sensor data. Practical application demonstrates that this method can significantly improve the accuracy and simplicity of the fitted data. A method using paragraph fitting to fit the data of pressure sensors is presented here. According to the experimental results, this method can increase the accuracy of the fitting data and make the fitting process more convenient. Key words: pressure sensors; curve fitting; paragraph fitting 0 Introduction The output characteristics of pressure sensors are mostly nonlinear and are often affected by various environmental factors, the main one being temperature. Due to the influence of temperature, pressure sensors often experience zero-point shift. To improve measurement accuracy, pressure sensors must be calibrated by periodically measuring their characteristics at a standard temperature. The more pressure and temperature points selected during calibration, the higher the calibration accuracy, but the longer the calibration time. To reduce calibration time while improving measurement accuracy, the method of using computers to fit the measured data is increasingly being adopted. This paper proposes a segmented data fitting method, which can speed up the data fitting process and improve the fitting accuracy.
