The GJB289A Bus Simulating & Testing System (BSTS) is a network-based distributed simulation and testing software. This system automatically interfaces with the GJB289A bus ICD library. It can control the 1553B board to perform static simulation and full monitoring functions according to user-defined configurations; it can store the acquired bus data in a database and display the data in real-time using highly readable methods (such as curves and numerical values); it also enables bus data playback and analysis, among other functions.
