Today's factories, with their ever-increasing user demands, require timely and accurate production data. Our existing factory management system typically involves manually recording and then aggregating data from the production departments. This results in poor real-time performance, low labor efficiency, and inaccurate data. Now, by using zworld's SmartStar controller and CoreModule, we have successfully collected data from the entire factory into a computer and aggregated it into a unified factory database. This timely aggregation and statistical analysis of production data from all parties provides timely reference data for the factory's production.
