What sparks will fly when routine elevator maintenance is connected to the internet? That's where "Huichuan Internet + Smart Maintenance" comes in. Smart maintenance has four capabilities: remote authorization, elevator inspection, fault history, and data analysis.
Remote authorization, as stipulated in Article 46 of the Special Equipment Safety Law, requires that after an elevator is put into use, the elevator manufacturer shall conduct follow-up investigations and assessments of the safe operation of the elevators it manufactures, provide improvement suggestions for any problems found by the maintenance or user units in terms of maintenance and safe operation, and offer necessary technical assistance; if a serious safety hazard is discovered, the manufacturer shall promptly inform the elevator user unit and report to the department responsible for the supervision and management of special equipment safety. The elevator manufacturer shall record the findings of its investigations and assessments, and the company may remotely authorize other companies to operate the elevators, and track the operational quality of the authorized elevators. This effectively controls the quality of elevator operation and protects the company's brand.
Elevator health check: The intelligent health check function can automatically detect elevator "balance coefficient/chain self-check, brake force self-check, slippage amount self-check, and operation quality assessment". Through the intelligent health check function, the efficiency of elevator health check and maintenance is improved by 10%.
Finally, elevator big data analysis can provide early warnings of potential elevator hazards and enable targeted elevator maintenance.
