1. The integrated drive and control driver has built-in PLC logic control and motion control functions;
2. Built-in high-order error compensation method integrating drive and control, eliminating the impact of thermal deformation, machining, assembly, etc. on target accuracy;
3. The direct drive motor is driven by the built-in PLC program to perform variable speed circular motion and indexing motion. The linear motor follows the direct drive motor to perform synchronous sinusoidal motion through the built-in electronic cam motion control function.
